Regarding Backups & Free Hosting Accounts
This is to inform all members and hosting account holders that due to recent hacking attacks attempts happened on our server regularly ... The major attack happened once and many sites suffered including ourself .... So we decide this to announce you all .. That we don't take backups of free accounts before 15 - 20 days. Its your responsibility to take backups ... We can restore those backups on your request. Although we have backup server but in the worst case what happened in last attack, the backup server also went down. So a loss of many websites and data happened..

If you have any problems regarding backup of websites. Please you can contact me. Backups can be taken thru Cpanel.

There are two types of backups:

1) Full Backup: Full Backup can be taken by user but can not be restored by user. Only we can restore this type of backup

2) Home Directory Backup: Home directory backup can be taken by user and by us .. Also this backup can be restored by user itself. (Recommended Backup)

There is also database backup also thru Cpanel.

And it's great that cPanel can upload back-up files on other servers via FTP and you don't have to use your hard drive space.
