It's a nice skin for VBB but I can't download it.
And I wanna know it use for vBB 3.6.x ?

It's ok to download....
If you want to use it for vbb 3.6.4, edit the version on xml or when upload skin, choose the overwrite options....

Upload it to skin folder. Go to cpanel, select Template..., export file .xml in this skin folder. Good luck
