Hey guyz these are some short cuts that are useful to me...enjoy!

Ctrl + Q = Quit Photoshop

Ctrl + R = Show Ruler

Ctrl + U = Hue/Saturation Settings

Ctrl + I = Invert Image

Ctrl + O = Open

Ctrl + P = Print

Ctrl + A = Select All

Ctrl + S = Save As

Ctrl + D = Deselect

Ctrl + J = Copy Layer

Ctrl + K = Preferences

Ctrl + L = Levels

Ctrl + Z = Undo Once

Ctrl + Alt + Z = Undo More than Once

Ctrl + X = Cut

Ctrl + C = Copy

Ctrl + V = Paste

Ctrl + B = Color Balance

Ctrl + N = New

Ctrl + M = Curves

If your workspace and palettes on photoshop are all messed up like below, go to Window > Workspace > Default Workspace...
