I just downloaded google earth yesterday
it seems awesome
i really loved it
i could actually trace a way from my college to my house...lol
i wanted to know are these live images or are they just clicked previously and stored on the google server

It would take God knows what to broadcast live video streaming of the complete Earth!

I don't know if you noticed, but anywhere you look - it's day! There are no night shots on Google Earth.
