NOTE: This tutorial is made using Adobe Photoshop

1. Make a new file depending upon the size you want. Here i have taken 800 x 600 .And add your favorite color.

2. After apply the following settings on the same layer, you can get the pattern used here on the downloads section.

3. Now using your favorite grudge brush , add some brush strokes.

4. add some text to your banner , and give it a stroke of 1 px with colour #ccc .

5. Now use the pen tool and make a new shape , let the opacity ofthat layer be 10%

6. Thats it. Add something to your conditions.
