hi...i am newbie in to this site but i bet you would make some good sum here.this site admin seems honest towards its work and to its member.this site generate money from the advertisement on its page.if you check the site page you will find ads on every page..like google adsense ads and many other ads.this how site making money and they rewarding us for our contribute and effort which we giving to this site.you have to worry about nothing .just be active , make good post and useful discussion and get paid for it ...happy earning
