Need help.

How do you place an email form / contact form in the main page?

I want to place a small contact form on the side bar of my main page (index.php). Ive tried lots of PHP forms from the net but none of them seemed to work since none of my tes messages reached my inbox.

Most of the forms Ive tested need to be placed on a separate form so Im having a hard time figuring out how to place a small contact form on my main page.

I dont wanna use the forms from bravenet and such because they have pop -ups. I'd prefer a php form please.


Can anyone teach me the steps? Please.

have you googled it?You can take help from bravenet php.You have to edit something and then no pop-ups.THere are many php tutorials.You can see that or you wil have to learn full php.I cant do that well.
