Well advertise.
Have a nice number of referrals under his/her name .
A good poster with a good number of posts on a number of forums.
Does NO SPAM under advertisement of this forum.
Good Advertising skills will be determined by your advertisement efforts.

can I become an advertisement staff? What are the requirements?
Hey i would like to apply for the job as advertiser i have good skill in advetising. i will let you no how i will advertise your site if i am picked. i have about 10 sites that have a website promotion form that generate atleast 700 members per day. so i will post it in there website promotion once so i am not over posting and i will also add it in my signature so when i make other post members will see this site link in my sig. The next thing that i will do is submit your site to a hit counter site that will post your website out on to many other websties which are projected to get you atleast 1,000 new visitors every month. i will submit your site to a new hit counter site every week for about 5 or 6 weeks. so if i was hired and after all the advertising and waiting it out like about 2 months of good watiing you should see your members increase by alot. espically if i post about the free domain hosting and stuff members will just flock to this site by the tons! so pm me or reply back here and tell me if you think i am worthy enough of being a advertiser for the site!!!

you can be advertisers , so consider your selves as advertisers and start reffering and soon youll own referal link , ill ask the admin to see that you are made staff!
